Bay-level parking wayfinding

Upload your car-park floor plans, click to place each bay on the image. Printed visitor cards include a cropped map with a red marker showing exactly where to park.

Typical alternative: bay number printed as text only ("B2-12"); visitors ask security where that is.

Multi-floor entrance→bay breadcrumb

Scan the card's QR with a phone and see a step-by-step guide: "Enter at GF → drive DOWN 2 levels to B2 → find your bay." Plus a tappable floor switcher to look around.

Typical alternative: single-floor static image, or no map at all.

Per-property visitor card branding

Each property uploads its own logo and colors, picks one of four physical print layouts (Classic, Badge, Credit Card, A6), and sets exact print size in millimetres.

Typical alternative: one fixed card template across every property the platform serves.

Built-in WebRTC intercom

Resident-to-guard intercom runs through the mobile app with WebRTC signaling and FCM push. Web admins get a read-only oversight dashboard (history, analytics).

Typical alternative: hardware-only intercom box from a separate vendor; no admin visibility of who called when.

Facility booking wired into accounting

Each booking creates a proforma invoice; payment posts directly to the general ledger. Security deposits and refunds are separate journal entries — not numbers floating in a spreadsheet. Pricing supports peak/off-peak rates, multi-hour packages, cancellation fees, and reschedule limits per facility.

Typical alternative: a calendar with flat hourly pricing; deposit collection and refunds tracked offline.

Live parking-bay status

Every visitor and resident bay carries a live status — available, occupied, rental, or assigned — driven by which visitor is currently inside. Security gets a colour-coded list and a one-click picker showing only the bays free right now, categorised by type (visitor, contractor, overnight, motorcycle).

Typical alternative: a paper notebook at the guard post listing which bay is taken; no live cross-check on issued cards.
